Shipping policy

Kiwi Gear ships worldwide from our supplier partners, including to addresses in New Zealand.

Delivery time. Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days. Delivery within New Zealand typically takes 10-20 business days, and may take longer over public holidays or where customs checks apply.

Shipping cost. Shipping is calculated at checkout. A standard rate applies to New Zealand addresses.

Tracking. Where a tracking number is provided by the supplier we will email it to you as soon as it is available.

Duties and taxes. Items shipped from overseas may attract import charges. You are responsible for any duties or taxes applied on import.
